I placed an order for pick up in Alaska for my sister to pick up... and Ronnie in the Customer Service desk at the Kenai Alaska location went above & beyond to help assist me get all of the materials that we needed to repair my mother's house. She was truly amazing and is a total asset to the Home Depot team in Kenai, AK. Thank you Ronnie for being so awesome! Really appreciate your help! They have excellent service as soon as you walk in the door. They answer all your questions. Although they never answer the phone. If you want to find something specific, you have to go there to find out. I love the store and all the good quality products including the wonderful staff but they need to answer the phone. A mix of superb finds and sad limits to plumbing fittings. Good employee help. My husband and I were here for like an hour and half looking at various items for the tiny house we're building and no one came to ask if we needed help even once. We searched for someone who could help us answer questions about a few products and for someone to get something down from a high shelf and could not find even one person after walking around the store several times. We ended up just getting one of those huge rolling ladders and just getting the item ourselves. We even went to the customer service desk and the only person working there acted like she didn't see us and then walked off. No joke. I've been to a lot of Home Depots and Lowe's stores as my husband is a carpenter and have never had an experience like this one. Actually, I've never had an experience like this at any store. It was pretty weird, and a little creepy. Very helpful folks with good sense of humor!
