bought 2 gophones and time for both. They both activated easily, but time expired after 2 hours. bought at 5:30pm at walmart and spent half hour activating both. It's now 8pm and both will only allow emergency calls. Website doesn't help worth a damn. Please note this is NOT about the kenai office, just AT&T in general. Never had these issues with any other phone service. This site says this particular store is open until 6pm on Sunday's. But you guys are closed at 5pm. False advertisement is very disappointing Went here.l with reservations since it was an "authorized retailer," but I was happy to learn there is little to no difference between this store and the store in Soldotna. The service was fast and easy. I was able to get a billing issue corrected and got a good deal on a new tablet. The sales manager shook my hand and thanked me for my business while he helped the worker with my transaction, which I was surprised by because typically you don't see those guys unless you are mad and ask for them. Great store. I'm doing all my att business here from now on. Quick and professional, problem solved free of charge. Bought an iPhone 7. Died within an hour. They refuse to replace it or even go with the 14 day Buyer's Remorse program they clearly participate in. Corporate AT&T and Apple both state they should take back the phone. They refuse. Buyer beware..
