I'm very disappointed. They took my car in to change out the tires. They told me I would get a call when it was done. When we stopped by at 7pm as they were closing we saw the tires had been changed but no phone call. Resulting in my car staying overnight. Not sure that is good customer service! Communication is important and something as important as my transportation that allows me to work and pay for these things was negligently overlooked. When I called the next morning they acted as if it was no big deal.
